Express Shipping : 

Express shipping is available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Orders placed on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Delivery time will depend on the expedited service selected at checkout.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Standard Shipping

 

Once your order is placed successfully, our team prepares and packs it within up to 5 business days (handling time).

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes approximately 4–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit time.

We always ship as quickly as possible, however processing may take slightly longer during sale periods, holidays, or peak shopping seasons.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

 


Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you right away. You may choose to:

  • Cancel the item
  • Replace it with another style
  • Wait for restock

Most out-of-stock products are restocked within 2–3 weeks.

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship available items first and send the remaining items separately once they are ready.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow the shipment directly using the tracking link provided.

If you created an account, you may also check order status anytime by logging in.

If you checked out as a guest, our customer support team can help—please have your order number or purchase email ready.


Missing Package (Tracking Shows Delivered)

Please allow 24 hours after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If it still has not arrived:

  1. Contact your local USPS or UPS office and request geolocation confirmation of the delivery scan.
    If mis-delivery occurred, the carrier may attempt recovery.
  2. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. For additional assistance, please contact our support team.
